The Rotary Haunted House
The Haunted House
The Rotary Haunted House is back for its 18th consecutive year in Waterdown and is proudly presented by the Rotary Club of Hamilton!
The Rotary Haunted House is an opportunity to have some scary fun at Halloween while raising funds to support the many local & international initiatives of the Rotary Club. In 2008 we expect to raise over $20,000 to be used locally for poverty reduction initiates, nutrition and literacy programs in our schools and to assist in the international fight to eradicate Polio.
After many years of operating the Rotary Haunted House, the Rotary Club of Waterdown decided to sell the Haunted House to the members of the Rotary Club of Hamilton. In 2006, the 130 members of Rotary Club of Hamilton began to operate the Haunted House in Waterdown. A refreshed Haunted House appeared and the Rotarians are still committed to supporting many of the same local and international causes as in the past.
Each year the theme and design of the Haunted House changes – new props, new concepts and new characters are added to make it scarier! See the theme page more details!
The Rotary Haunted House in Waterdown has become an institution for the community. While attendance has been between 4000 to 6,000, the attendees come from all over the region, such as Burlington, Milton and Oakville. Many people return each year, to have a fright and enjoy the tradition.

I would love to take my oldest down to this - time to show her some really scary stuff! She thought the haunted get-up at Centreville was funny...
