The older I get the more I avoid large groups. Is that strange? I get annoyed at the parking and the hustle and bustle. I hate it so we never go.

I love Canada Day fireworks, however I am not into the celebrations that take place during the day (ie-paying to walk around in crowds with the kids). We avoid those kinds of things for the most part too because we'd much rather spend the day somewhere like Lowville and then pack up and head to the fireworks at night.

I'm completely with you on the large crowds. I can't handle the crazy parking and that many people in a crammed space.
